on 18 october 2025 Hall9, together with KBF, is organizing the Belgian Boulder Cup.
FOR VISITORS AND SPECTATORS
From 9h00 onwards spectators can cheer on their favourite athletes. The entrance for spectators is free. You find more information and the timetable below.
During the qualifications and the finals only the kids zone will remain open. We advise you to book a spot online for the kids zone
The finals start at 18h00.
Hall9 serves delicious breakfast, toasts, salads and four different fresh pasta dishes. We also provide cakes and other sweets.
Hall9 i s located in the ASIAT park in Vilvoorde. This park is carfree. When coming by car you should park at the cemetary (Abeelstraat) or at the two free parking areas on Cyriel Buysestraat or Willem Elschotstraat. There is NO parking in the Kerkhofstraat
For those coming by foot or bike, the entrance to the park at the Kerkhofstraat is the closest to the gym.

Min 30min rest between the 2 cycles of boulders.

FREE CLIMBING
Your kids can try climbing in our Kids Zone for free throughout the entire day. Reserve your spot via the link below, as we need to manage capacity to ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment.
KIDS’ SPEED CLIMBING COMPETITION (9:00-15:30)
The fastest climbers win amazing prizes! Let your kids test their speed on our climbing walls.
CLIMBING CHALLENGES (11:00-18:00)
Fun climbing challenges for all ages – from young explorers to adventurous adults.
BELGIAN ATHLETES IN ACTION
Watch Belgium’s strongest climbers compete for the national title! Qualifications run from 11:00-16:00, with the thrilling finals from 18:00-20:30.
DELICIOUS FOOD ALL DAY
We’re serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus cupcakes, cakes, and energy bars for those who need a sweet boost.
HOW TO RESERVE YOUR FREE CLIMBING SPOT:
We’ve organized the day into 1.5-hour time slots with a maximum of 30 kids per slot. When booking through the link below, select your preferred start time and please arrive promptly. To ensure everyone gets a turn, kindly respect your reserved time slot duration.

We’re opening our doors at 9:00 on October 18th for a day full of climbing action!
While our main bouldering walls will be reserved for the Belgian Boulder Cup athletes, we’ve organized plenty of activities where you can test your own climbing skills. Even better – you can win fantastic prizes including gym subscriptions, 10-entry cards, and free climbing lessons!
New to climbing? No problem! Our volunteers will be ready throughout the day to explain everything you need to know to fully enjoy the competition.
The Competition Schedule:
The excitement kicks off at 11:00 with the qualifications, where climbers battle for the top 8 spots in both male and female categories. The 8 best from each will advance to the finals starting at 18:00 – expect an electrifying atmosphere packed with tension, impressive feats, cheering crowds, and unforgettable moments as Belgium’s best compete for the national title.
Whether you’re here to compete in our challenges, watch world-class climbing, or simply soak up the atmosphere with your family, there’s something for everyone!

Calling All Sports Clubs, Groups & Companies
Join us on October 18th and experience all the above plus an exclusive team competition designed just for you!
TEAM SPEED CLIMBING CHALLENGE (16:00-18:00)
Form a team of 5 and compete against other groups in our special speed climbing competition. The team with the fastest combined time wins a complete group climbing event for 10 participants – valued at €260!

Register your team of 5 for a time slot via the link below. Don’t worry if climbing is new to your group – our volunteers will guide you through everything you need to know.
Of course, your team members are welcome to try all the other climbing challenges throughout the day, watch the Belgian Boulder Cup athletes in action, and enjoy the full festival atmosphere.
